1. Who we are

Gooning Casino ("the site") is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Licence: pending. Until a licence is granted and these terms are approved by counsel, the site runs on Solana devnet with test USDC only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
You must not access the site from a country where online gambling or adult content is prohibited. The site blocks those regions.
Using a VPN, proxy or any other tool to hide your location or get around a regional block is forbidden. Accounts found doing so may be refused service, and winnings obtained that way may be withheld where the law allows.
You play for yourself only, with funds you lawfully own.

3. Crypto only

Entries are paid in USDC (an SPL token) on the Solana blockchain only. There are no fiat deposits and no account balance held by us: entries are escrowed by a public program, and winnings, refunds and jackpot prizes are credited to your claimable balance in that program until you claim them to your own wallet. Nobody else can move them. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and any network fees (paid in SOL).

4. The game

Ride is a player-vs-player game: you play against the other players at your table, not against us. It is governed by the Gambling rules and by the on-chain program, which is the final record of every entry, exit and share. A 5% cut is taken from each settled round's entries (2.5% to the Gaze creator pool, 2.5% to the operator); refunded rounds carry no cut. If this text and the program ever disagree, the program's recorded result applies, and you can verify it on the fairness page.

5. Adult content

The Gaze section may contain adult creator content, including nudity. It is only available after the age gate and login. Every creator is ID-verified. See the 18 U.S.C. §2257 statement.

6. Responsible play and self-exclusion

You can lock joining from your wallet for 1, 7 or 30 days. A lock cannot be lifted early. See Responsible play.

7. Prohibited use

Exploiting bugs, colluding, or interfering with the program, the site or its infrastructure.
Using funds from illegal activity, or playing on behalf of someone else.
Scraping or automating the site in a way that degrades it for others.

8. Risks

Gambling involves the risk of losing your entry. Blockchains can be congested, and smart contracts can have defects. The program has not yet been externally audited (audit: pending). Crypto asset values can change quickly.

9. Liability
