2. What we collect

Your wallet address and on-chain activity. Bets, exits, payouts, tips and unlocks are public on the Solana blockchain by design. We read them; we cannot erase them.
Age gate and region. A cookie records that you confirmed you are 18+ and accepted the terms. Your approximate country, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider, is used to apply regional blocks. We do not store your IP address for this purpose.
Age verification. Where the law requires real age verification, a third-party provider ([PROVIDER: Yoti / VerifyMy / Ondato]) checks your age. We receive only a pass or fail result, not your ID documents or face scans.
Creators. Creators give identity documents and consent records to a verification provider, as required by 18 U.S.C. §2257. These are kept by the records custodian, not on the public site.
Support. If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you.

3. Why we use it

To keep minors and blocked regions out (legal obligation).
To run the game and show your history (performance of our terms).
To prevent fraud, VPN evasion and abuse (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
To meet anti-money-laundering duties where the licence requires them.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use advertising trackers.
